Refund policy

EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

If you would like to return or exchange any goods ordered, this must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at hello@glowbeautysalonsupplies.co.uk in the first instance to discuss.

Any items returned or exchanged must be returned to us in their original, unopened packaging at your expense. It is recommended that all returns are sent via a recorded method as Glow Beauty Salon Supplies cannot take any responsibility for any item/s lost in transit. 

Any items returned to us opened or used will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange

LIQUIDS + ADHESIVES

For safety reasons, all liquids and adhesives are non-refundable.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the unfortunate event that you have received a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for the item to be returned to us. Once we have carried out a thorough inspection of the product, if it is deemed faulty, we will be in touch to issue a refund or replacement. 

COMPLIMENTARY OR SALE ITEMS

Any complimentary items received, or any sale items are non refundable and are unable to be exchanged.
